“I tied crystals around the necks of my wolves last night. They panted and ran; the crystals caught the sun and flashed like diamonds in their cold grey fur”.

“Once I found the feathers of a lost snow owl. Devoured by some creature who was hungry. She died so that it could live. I took the snowy feathers and fixed them in my head dress. I said a prayer and set her spirit free on the northern wind. It was too cold that day to cry.”
